I created this space because I know what it means to hit rock bottom... and then start digging deeper.

But I also know what it means to claw your way back, one hard-earned lesson, one bold decision, one tiny flicker of belief at a time.

I’ve lived the before, and I’m building the after in real time.

 - I survived a divorce that cracked open everything I thought I knew.
- I rebuilt after bankruptcy and discovered my true currency is resilience.
- I chose sobriety and reclaimed my clarity, confidence, and peace.
- I survived a stalker and learned that boundaries aren’t optional, they’re life-saving.
- I walked away from a toxic workplace that led to spinal fusion surgery (built-in backbone, baby).
- I challenged the Texas workers' comp system and fought like hell for fairness.

Each of these chapters taught me the same truth:
Resilience isn’t some dramatic comeback moment, it’s showing up every day when no one’s watching.
